Meet Daniel Warwick, your fitness ally for the golden years. Known as the Comeback King, he brings an impressive background from a top Irish university and an MSc in Exercise & Coaching Science. His expertise in injury rehabilitation truly shines, thanks to his experience running a physio clinic and working extensively with older patients. Daniel has guided hundreds of clients aged 50 and above to improve their strength and VO2 max, a crucial measure of cardiovascular fitness. His rich coaching experience includes working with athletes at various levels and leading the Strength & Conditioning for Irish u20, u17, & u16 Women’s Basketball teams.
